Diana Lopez
Senior Fellow
Diana Lopez is a senior fellow at the Independent Women's Forum where she focuses on tech policy.
Lopez's research on taxpayer-funded lobbying has been published in outlets across the country, including The Orlando Sentinel and Big Government. She regularly informs, guides, and advises journalists on matters relating to state Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests.
Lopez is Senior Editor at Sunshine Review, focusing on state and local government transparency. Her work on the Illinois budget also appears at State Budget Solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from Illinois Wesleyan University. A life-long Chicagoan, Lopez lives in the greater Chicago area. When she isn't writing, she's studying electronic music and philosophizing at every opportunity.
