Yesterday I posted to Inkwell on the recent rumblings to reinstate the so-called Fairness Doctrine if the Democrats control the Presidency, House, and Senate next year. Today, National Review Online has a great article detailing some of the problems arising when the Fairness Doctrine was in effect and why it is a bad idea to reinstate it. Not surprisingly, this is not a completely partisan issue.
