I’ve written before about the problems that proposed health care reform will create for state budgets. In his state of the state speech on Tuesday, California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger blasted the deal, calling it “health care to nowhere.”

His full speech is available here, but the best part of the speech is where he calls out Nebraska Sen. Ben Nelson for the “Cornhusker Kickback” deal he cut his state on Medicaid funds. In Schwarzenegger’s words, “he got the corn, and we got the husk.”
