Female CEO Panel
Karin Agness
We discuss women succeeding at work and the Administration's economic policies here a lot, so I thought some readers might be interested in this panel. Today, Representative McMorris Rodgers is hosting a panel of female CEOs to discuss the state of the economy and how the Administration's policies are impacting the economy. The following people will be on the panel:
Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers – Vice Chair, House Republican Conference
Dr. Alison Brown – President & CEO, NAVSYS Corporation
Ms. Catherine Heigel – President, Duke Energy South Carolina
Ms. Lisa Hook – President & CEO, Neustar, Inc.
Ms. Barbara Martin – President & CEO, Vista Health System
Ms. Sandra Parrillo – President & CEO, Providence Mutual Fire Insurance
Ms. Janet Trautwein – CEO, National Association of Health Underwriters
Republican Members of Congress
It will be held from 1-2:30pm in HC-5 of the Capitol.
There will surely be a lively discussion. A little bit unrelated, but one question I would like to ask is about women, the workplace and negotiating salaries. A recent post on the Atlantic has me thinking about this, Don't Just Ask: Why Women Don't Negotiate. What question would you ask?
