On this episode of “She Thinks,” Constitutional lawyer Erin Hawley joins us to talk about all things….Constitutional. She debunks the myths we heard following the Tax Cuts and Jobs Acts of 2017, gives her take on Justice Kavanaugh and the Supreme Court as we await numerous Supreme Court decisions, and of course offers a little insight into what it’s like being married to a Senator.

Erin is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Missouri where she teaches constitutional litigation, federal income tax, tax policy, and agricultural law. She has clerked for Chief Justice of the Supreme Court John Roberts, is a legal fellow at IWF, and is married to MO US Senator Josh Hawley.
