The Dems needed a diversionary tactic to turn the public's attention from the Democrat-led congress' lack of leadership and inability to handle the Nation's business in a timely manner. Smearing Limbaugh was the tactic of choice. Nevermind that it can easily be seen that it's a lie. The worst thing is that this was done on the floor of the United States Senate! The Dems are a scary lot--or maybe just not very bright.
