Plus, reboot for Obama economic team?

With gas prices going through the roof and unemployment more than 9 percent, the Obama economic team needs more than a reboot; it needs to be rebuilt.

For the past two years, the president’s economic agenda has consisted of spending, spending, and more spending: the massive $700 billion TARP bill, the $787 billion economic stimulus bill, and the nearly $1 trillion health care overhaul are just the highlights.

Washington’s spending, however, appears to be doing more to hurt the economy than help it. I suspect, the best thing the new chairman can recommend doing is (almost) nothing at all.
