Sure, we know she doesn’t want to host coffees like the Kennedy women. But still….A Newsday column by Ellis Henican expresses some concern that Dr. Judith Steinberg Dean is taking the anti-first lady thing a bit too far. Henican says he admires gals with a mind’and a job’of their own. But Mr. Henican seems worried by Dr. Judy’s behavior. He frets that she might have dredged up something more fetching than the blue jeans she donned for a rare campaign event she attended. He even appears to think it would be nice if she deigned to take some notice of poor Howard’s political aspirations. “Isn’t there something between Nancy Reagan’s slavish devotion’and this?”
