There is finally some good news for Susette Kelo.  She lost her rights and her property in the abysmal U.S. Supreme Court case on eminent domain, but she has saved her home.  Kelo put forward a compromise to the City of New London save her home and move it to another location.  Susette had put forward the same proposal when first threatened with eminent domain abuse.  That proposal was soundly rejected by the New London Development Corporation.  Luckily for Susette, they recently changed their mind.  Read the full press release from the Institute for Justice here.
