Carrie reported this morning about the conflict between Forbes and a horde of angry feminists over this article. Slate’s Jack Shafer takes on Forbes’ critics (for the latest anti-Forbes rant see today’s Gawker) in his column today:
“I’ve yet to read a blog item or a protesting e-mail from a reader that convinces me that the article as opposed to the deliberately provocative headline really insults women, career or otherwise,” writes Shafer.
