John Edwards may have been “personally offended” by blogger Amanda Marcotte’s work, but he refused to fire her. The matter was resolved with Marcotte’s resignation (wouldn’tja bet there was some interesting backstage maneuvering goin’ on?). Ms. Marcotte left, but not without a parting shot at “right wing shills.”
Now Amanda can go back to attacking the IWF, as she has long been wont to do.
