Mark Steyn is worried that Al Gore’s hot air concert may have been the death knell for such events-you know those big didactic concerts we’ve come to love:

I worry that my grandchildren will never know the thrill of being hectored by Bono and Bob Geldof, and that many already rare species will simply vanish from the earth – Seventies supergroups who’ve not yet had a long-awaited charity-gala reunion….”
Meanwhile, I have a worry: What does the selection as the concert as a venue to honor their memory say about Their Royal Highnesses William and Harry? As a royalist, I am concerned.
