Apropos the DC gun ban law, now before the U.S. Supreme Court, I asked in my column: Whom do you want to have a gun? Those who bother to obtain guns legally are affected by bans, whereas those will real evil intent are not. In the Denver shooting, I’m glad this lady was toting heat. She saved lives.
