In a stunning move, presidential candidate Barack Obama, if elected, will classify carbon dioxide as a pollutant which can be regulated by the EPA under the 1990 Clean Air Act.  There are some very serious consequenses to this decision that could grind to a halt the building of any new coal fired power plants in the United States.  Additionally, caps on emmissions of current plants will likely affect consumers through higher energy prices.  For the full article, click here.
