As it becomes clearer that President Obama’s proposed cap-and-trade legislation has more to do with wealth distribution and less to do with cleaning up the environment, there is a growing resistance to enacting this type of scheme in the US.  William Kovacs from the US Chamber says it best with this quote, “The Obama budget did more to help us consolidate and coalesce the business community than anything we could have done.
