The WSJ has another great column on President Obama’s proposed cap-and-trade scheme.  Not surprisingly, it will cost (in reality) much more than his administration is projecting, and like any regressive tax, it is going to impact lower income individuals harder than middle and upper income earners.  Also particularly interesting in this column is the discussion on how enacting this legislation will disparately impact different regions of the U.S.  Check out the full article here.
