Recently, Roxana Saberi, a 31-year-old Iranian-American journalist, was arrested and convicted in Iran on allegations of spying for the United States.  Over at NRO, Michael Rubin has details of the case.  Unfortunately, this sort of attack on journalists is nothing new — Rubin points out the similarities with the case of Farzad Bazoft, a Western journalist executed by Saddam Hussein in 1990.
