Send a clear message to Mayor Fenty, the D.C. City Council, and Congressional leaders that it’s not where a child is educated but whether a child is educated that matters most. We need our elected officials to support quality education wherever it happens – DC Public Schools, public charter schools, or private schools (including through the D.C. Opportunity Scholarship Program). D.C. families deserve the same kind of choices that the Mayor, City Council Members, and Federal leaders with children have.
- Keep the D.C. Opportunity Scholarship Program!
- Provide equal funding for all public school students, including those in public charter schools!
With guest speakers including Council Member Marion Barry, former Mayor Anthony Williams, former
Council Member Kevin P. Chavous, and others
Sponsored by D.C. Children First and D.C. Parents for School Choice.
