The Administration can’t get it together to release data on the “Cash for Clunkers” program, which has been so successful that it immediately ran out of money. Yet Congress is supposed to rush to authorizes billions more for this program, never mind finding out the facts first. No wonder the public is getting frustrated with the political process….
