During an argument over the CBO score and whether the democrat’s plan would increase premiums, Pesident Obama repeatedly interrupted Senator Alexander to make his (completely wrong) point that premiums would be lowered (see Carrie Lukas’ article here explaining how these preminums will go up for families).


When Senator Alexander finally regained the floor, he responded by saying that instead of arguing with the President in public, he’d like to resolve the issue later on in private (I’m paraphrasing here).


For goodness sake, Senator Alexander, please argue this point IN PUBLIC.  Isn’t this the point of this summit?  If you’re going to worry about publicly disagreeing with the President, I’ll just go ahead and change the channel now.
