Independent Women’s Forum launches Healthcarelawsuits.org

Washington, DC – The Independent Women’s Forum (IWF) announces the launch of its new website, www.healthcarelawsuits.org, to provide a comprehensive resource with up-to-the-minute information on the various stages of the lawsuits challenging the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act across the country.

This resource, geared toward journalists and the interested public, is a one-stop shop for hard to find documents, rulings, analysis, key issues and news on the legal challenges to the health care law.  There is a clear explanation of the Constitutional challenges to the law.  Additionally, site visitors will be able to find a timeline of past activities in the cases, a calendar to monitor upcoming events and an easy-to-use map to show which states are involved in which cases.

“Our hope is that this resource will lead to a more informed public debate over the Constitutionality of the law,” said IWF Chairman Heather Higgins.

The Independent Women’s Forum is a non-partisan, 501(c)(3) research and educational institution. Founded in 1992, IWF focuses on issues of concern to mainstream women, men, and families.
