It was practically a national scandal when McDonald’s came out with the news that its part-time employees would lose insurance coverage due to the mandates of Obama’s health law.

Well, no worries, the chain that brought us “happy meals” got a happy deal from the Department of Health and Human Services. The waiver for McDonald’s should have been a red flag that something was wrong about this law in the first place.
