In the aftermath of the attempted assassination of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords (D-Ariz.), there was near-hysteria about the tenor of our political culture. Inflammatory rhetoric has gone too far; tea party “racism” has infected our public discourse, and on and on.


On Tuesday night, windows of a Republican office in Washington, DC were shot out. Fortunately this appears to be more of an act of vandalism than an effort to hurt – or kill – someone. But I’m just wondering where’s the outrage?


When the American left talks about the current state of political affairs and civil discourse, are they just pointing fingers at conservatives? Anyone on the left willing to stand up against this crime?
