NOW doesn’t have an official response to the SCOTUS ruling in favor of Walmart up on their web page yet.  But they do have a preemptive invitation to protest.  Obviously anticipating a losing verdict, their web page says:

The National Organization for Women, United Food Commercial Workers (UFCW), and allies are gearing up for the Supreme Court decision on Wal-Mart v. Dukes, the largest class-action lawsuit in our nation’s history. This case deals with Wal-Mart systematically doling out pay and promotions on the basis of sex.

The day after the decision is announced (the Supreme Court isn’t saying what day it will be, but it will be very soon) rallies will take place in several cities across the country at 11 a.m. the following day. If you live in one of those cities, we urge you to keep tabs on the news and plan to demonstrate the next day.

Again, the ruling was unanimous.  Considering this, it will be fun watching NOW accuse Supreme Court Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Ruth Bader Ginsburg of furthering an anti-woman agenda.
