Parents and students—not government bureaucrats—should make decisions about education. IWF
argues for policies that return control of education resources to education consumers, with the
understanding that a more vibrant education marketplace will lead to more efficient, innovative
learning opportunities. IWF objects to government micromanaging of academia, including their push
for a de facto quota system in the name of Title IX.
