I pretty much try to steer clear of porn on the Inkwell, but I cannot stop myself from quoting this from the Obama campaign’s official home on Tumblr:
Vote like your lady parts depend on it.
Underneath: “Because they kinda do.”
Lady parts? Kinda do?
Unemployment has gone up 15 percent among women since President Obama was inaugurated, and we are being encouraged to think about our “lady parts?”
Republican and Democratic women alike should be outraged at being talked down to in this fashion. It assumes unattractive things about us and how we make our decisions. The pandering at the Democratic convention by contrast seems kinda Aristotelian.
