Just a day before the ban was to take place a New York state judge ruled Mayor Bloomberg's ban on sugary drinks was arbitrary and capricious. Mayor Bloomberg continues to push the ban calling it an important part of an effort to impove public health and obesity. Would it work? Is judge's halt on the ban a win for the American peopel?
