Today marks the 50th anniversary of the Equal Pay Act and the Independent Women's Forum is the only women's organization celebrating women's advancement and speaking honestly about what the wage gap is (and what it isn't). Hadley Heath, senior policy analyst at IWF, joins Devon and Tom, hosts of 1310 KFKA's AM Colorado, to highlight what the IWF staff is doing on Capitol Hill to highlight the wide array of choices that women and girls have today.
