Environmental organizations frequently feed hysteria to the public about common everyday products, from chemicals in your household products and what's in the lining of canned goods to what "harmful" chemicals are in your food. Julie Gunlock, director of the Culture of Alarmism project at the Independent Women's Forum says we are living in a constant alarmist state where organizations, government and media habitually try to tell Americans what items or food to avoid and what is good or bad for their health. Gunlock joins Devon and Tom, hosts of AM Colorado on 1310 KFKA, to discuss a new national poll that measures how women are feeling about the alarmist narrative today.
