EXPERTS TO DISCUSS WHY PRESIDENT OBAMA’S EQUAL PAY EXECUTIVE ORDERS AND THE "PAYCHECK FAIRNESS ACT" WON’T ADVANCE EQUAL PAY FOR WOMEN
(Washington, D.C.) – On Monday, April 7th, at 11:00 a.m., the Independent Women’s Forum (IWF) will host a press call to discuss the hollow “equal pay” promises from the White House, Democratic lawmakers and women’s groups on the left.
Participants will detail why the premise of the wage gap is misguided and explain why President Obama’s executive orders on equal pay and the "Paycheck Fairness Act" won’t advance equal pay for women, what proponents of the bill avoid telling Americans, and what the legislation will actually do.
Participants will take questions at the end of the call.
