Red Tape Rollback, a project of Pacific Legal Foundation, is pleased to announce three new partners to its coalition, committed to rein in bureaucratic overreach by using the Congressional Review Act (CRA) to eliminate big government regulations. The latest additions to join this growing coalition are Cause of Action Institute, Independent Women’s Forum, and R Street Institute.
“We are incredibly fortunate that such important policy and legal organizations have agreed to devote their resources and enthusiastic support to this project,” said Todd Gaziano, Red Tape Rollback Project Leader and PLF’s Senior Fellow in Constitutional Law. “There is a common thread that binds us all together: to rein in regulatory overreach and restore constitutional accountability. It is this joint vision and effort that will finally overturn destructive and illegal regulations; we are proud to work in collaboration with these organizations.”
Cause of Action Institute creates positive social change with transcendent administrative and judicial victories. These achievements create new standards that change the playing field not only for their clients, but for free society, opportunity, and economic liberty as a whole.
