Since its inception in 1992, IWF has sought to educate Americans about federalism, the separation of powers, and the rule of law–and has supported the nomination of judges who are committed to defending these basic principles.
Recent events, however–including Court-packing proposals, renewed attacks on the Electoral College, and unfair smears of judicial nominees–make clear the need for expanded IWF leadership in the legal arena.
