During this time of uncertainty and change, Independent Women’s Forum understands the need to stay connected. After all, we are #InThisTogether.

That’s why we created the #IWFReads Book Club, a free virtual club. Our May book selection was Finding the Bright Side: The Art of Chasing What Matters by journalist and Fox News anchor Shannon Bream.

This deeply personal book is about finding purpose and growth amid life’s unpredictability. Shannon joined the event live to talk about her book and answer viewer questions. This meet-up was co-hosted by Kelsey Bolar, IWF Senior Policy Analyst; Hadley Heath Manning, IWF Policy Director; and Ashley MacLeay, IWF Director of External Relations

Want to join us for our next #IWFReads event? By signing up, you’ll receive special opportunities that are only available to book club members—like special door prizes, opportunities to hear from the authors of the books we read, access to our private Facebook group, and topics to guide you through your reading.

Our next book club meet-up will take place on July 31 at 3pm ET. We’re reading Daughter of the Heartland: My Ode to the Country that Raised Me by Senator Joni Ernst.
