Patrice Onwuka, director of the Center for Economic Opportunity at Independent Women’s Forum, will testify on Monday, March 7 at 1:30pm EST in front of the California Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights.
The panel event, entitled “Civil Rights Implications of California’s AB5 legislation,” will examine whether AB5 legislation has led to discrimination or denial of equal protection on the basis of race, color, or sex. The Committee also plans to provide the Commission with their findings and recommendations.
