IWF is delighted to welcome Emma Posey Waters as a visiting fellow. Emma’s work focuses on a variety of cultural issues, including family, feminism and femininity. Her perspective and insight will greatly add to the IW team.

“I am thrilled to be selected as a visiting fellow,” said Emma. “I have long admired the quality of work and independent thought associated with IWF and know I will be formed into a better woman through my time in the fellowship program.”

Emma Posey Waters is a research associate with The Heritage Foundation’s DeVos Center for Life, Religion, and Family. Emma conducts policy research analysis and writes on a variety of important issues, including poverty, marriage and family formation, femininity, the influence of technology, and more.
