IWF is delighted to welcome Srilekha Palle as a visiting fellow. Srilekha has extensive experience in the healthcare field and is passionate about solutions that will achieve the best outcomes for all patients.

“I am thankful to Independent Women’s Forum for providing a platform to offer a unique venue to discuss key drivers of healthcare policy, leadership, management, service delivery, financial trends, and solutions to our complex medical system,” said Srilekha. “As a visiting fellow, I hope to share knowledge and best practices and exchange new ideas and innovations to advance healthcare choices and transparency.” 

Meet Srilekha below. 

Srilekha Palle is a healthcare executive with over two decades of experience. As a primary care provider in physical therapy and rehabilitation services, she is passionate about promoting data-driven clinical decisions and achieving better patient-centered outcomes. Dr. Palle earned her Doctorate in physical therapy from Boston University and her MBA, with a focus on healthcare administration, from the IIBM Institute of Business Management.
