WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, Independent Women’s Forum (IWF) announced its first 2023 Annual Awards Gala honoree. ‘Libs of TikTok’ creator Chaya Raichik will receive Independent Women’s Forum’s Resilience Award.
The Resilience Award recognizes an individual who exhibits bravery, courage, and inner strength and helps create stronger, more vibrant communities by encouraging more respectful dialogue and civic engagement.
Chaya Raichik has taken social media by storm through her Libs of TikTok account, which is a viral sensation that is exposing radical activists’ and the woke Left’s cultural attacks. What began as a way to counter COVID-19 groupthink turned into a critical mission to raise awareness, expose the truth, and protect children from indoctrination.
Now with over 4 million followers, Chaya uses her Libs of TikTok platform to elicit changes — inspiring legislation to ban harmful “gender-affirming care” to otherwise healthy children, sparking backlash over sexualized entertainment in front of minors, building pressure to remove sexually explicit books and troubling curriculum from schools, and raising awareness about the troubling issues plaguing America’s school system.
“We are so excited to honor Libs of TikTok creator Chaya Raichi at IWF’s 2023 Annual Awards Gala. She has developed a unique and useful tool in today’s digital era to give Americans easy access to videos exposing grooming and indoctrination by teachers, doctors, and social workers and shine a spotlight on the hypocrisy of those who claim to champion inclusion and free speech,” said Amber Schwartz, executive vice president of Independent Women’s Forum. “She has faced tremendous attacks as a result of her work, and she has responded with incredible courage and grace. We applaud her bravery! ”
Since its founding in 1992, IWF has emerged as the nation’s top women’s organization dedicated to developing and advancing policies that aren’t just well intended, but actually enhance people’s freedom, choices, and opportunities.
This year marks IWF’s 18th Annual Awards Gala. The event will take place on Wednesday, October 25th at The Waldorf Astoria in Washington, D.C.
Tulsi Gabbard, former U.S. Representative (D-HI) and original co-sponsor of the Protect Women’s Sports Act, received IWF’s 2022 Resilience Award.
Additional 2023 honorees will be announced soon. A complete list of previous IWF award recipients can be found HERE.
