May Mailman, senior legal fellow at Independent Women’s Law Center, and Paula Scanlan, IWF spokeswoman and advisor, will testify before the House Judiciary Committee, Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government, in a hearing titled “The Dangers and Due Process Violations of ‘Gender-Affirming Care.'” Detransitioner Chloe Cole will also be testifying.
