WASHINGTON D.C. — Today, Independent Women recognizes the achievements of Meaghan Mobbs, director of Independent Women’s Center for America Safety and Security, celebrating her reappointment by President Donald Trump to the Board of Visitors for West Point, the nation’s oldest military academy.

President Donald Trump revealed his appointments through Truth Social on Monday, celebrating the individuals and declaring that “They will make our country proud!” 

Meaghan Mobbs graduated from West Point in 2008 and served in Afghanistan. As a former paratrooper and combat veteran, she continues to advocate for service members through her board memberships and volunteer activities. She has testified before congress on national security issues and has advised business leaders and government officials across sectors on defense, national security, and public safety.
