Hunger

According to the USDA’s own figures, 94.3 percent of American households are able to put enough food on the table every day to feed their families. The vast majority of children living in America are healthy and well fed. To help alleviate food insecurity in America, the government already doles out millions of dollars in food programs each year. What we need to combat hunger is not more government programs or regulations, but a growing economy that creates jobs and helps lift people out of poverty permanently.
