She writes about culture, relationships, and psychology. Her writing has appeared in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, The Atlantic, Newsweek, The Daily Beast, and other publications.
Born in Zurich, Switzerland, Emily grew up in Montreal, Canada, and now lives in New York City. She graduated from Dartmouth College, where she was editor of The Dartmouth Review.
