Jordanne Kemper is the Campaign Director at Independent Women’s Forum. In her role, she develops and executes strategic campaigns to advance IWF’s policy initiatives. She comes to IWF with over a decade of philanthropy and campaign management experience. 

Before joining Independent Women’s Forum, Jordanne served as the Director of Development and Strategic Growth at Yankee Institute, where she advanced free-market policies in her home state, Connecticut. She is a seasoned project manager and a stickler for meeting deadlines. Jordanne is a passionate advocate for the importance of local government and out-of-the-box ideas. Early in her career, Jordanne ran a historic Massachusetts State Senate race that unseated the Senate President pro tempore. She was honored with a national Pollie Award for Local Campaign Manager of the Year at just 22 years old. 

Jordanne graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Bachelor’s in Political Science. 

Originally a native of New England, Jordanne left the salt water for the mountains of Montana, where she now lives with her husband, Paul, and their dog, Roka. When she’s not working, you can find Jordanne with a longbow in her hand hunting elk or hiking tall peaks.
