Ms. Toloczko is a Senior Fellow for the Independent Women’s Forum, advocating for limited government solutions on a wide range of public policy issues, and is Director of its “Beyond Repeal” project.  She is also affiliated with Institute for Liberty and Let Freedom Ring.   In the past she has worked with free market organizations such as Conservatives for Patients’ RightsFrontiers of FreedomAmerican Conservative Union, State Policy Network and Institute for Policy Innovation

A strong proponent of individual and economic liberty, free markets and a strong national defense, Ms. Toloczko lectures on public policy and legislative issues and the proper role of government, and has provided testimony to Congress on a number of topics.  She works internationally as a public policy consultant, advising principals in emerging democracies on policy, politics and coalition development.

In 2001, Ms. Toloczko was nominated to serve on the President’s Commission to Strengthen Social Security, and in 2005 she was appointed by House Speaker Dennis Hastert to serve as a Commissioner on the U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission
