Sarah Montalbano is an energy policy fellow at the Center of the American Experiment, a StateBeat fellow with Young Voices, and a senior fellow with IWF. She was formerly the Policy Manager at Alaska Policy Forum and the Northwest Regional Leader and writer with Young Voices. She graduated from Montana State University with a B.S. in computer science with minors in economics and data science. She was the 2022 Robert L.
