Parents should have the right to get their tax money refunded that is allocated to public school if in-person learning is not allowed, so they can provide their children with the proper education that they need, from paying a tutor to send[ing] their children to private schools.
This is what happens when the government is “in charge” of education, health, etc. No accountability.
