I am semi-retired and enjoying the flexibility of working when and where I want. I have missed out on this flexibility in some cases because employers in California are fearful of hiring recruiters on a contract hourly basis as an independent contractors.

I enjoy the freedom to chose my own hours, work on or off-site, and make more money than I would as an employee without also having to work for multiple clients in order to “pass’ the requirements in California. Please support my “right to work” and do not coerce nor force me to join a union!
