There are two markets that serve my community that are having transportation issues that short the supply of both regular and organic food. Meats, poultry, milk/dairy and fruits and vegetables. Both markets are short in stock and can not replenish regularly. My larger market is not sure it will have enough turkeys for thanksgiving. The prices have risen from $1-$4 in increases across the entire shopping list. This has caused me to settle for products that may not be as healthy or as good in quality. This also shortens my budget significantly.
