Women play leading roles in the workforce, as entrepreneurs, business owners and managers, and employees.
This is great news for our economy and society: Women have so much to offer and their talents are helping improve our quality of life with innovative new products, and services.
IWF wants women to flourish in our workforce. That means that we believe governments should give them maximum flexibility to create new businesses and enter into work arrangements that meet their unique needs.
Through the Women at Work Project, IWF examines how government policies impact women in the workplace, for better and for worse. We encourage women to consider the choices they make, better understand the tradeoffs they will face as they chart their career and life courses, , and to think about how government intervention might not always give them what they’re looking for.
